Microsoft: I'm a PC


Microsoft is now taking action against the series of "I'm a mac" ads from Apple. The spot, http://tinyurl.com/3vlynq , via their new agency Crispin Porter + Bogusky, Miami aims to repair Microsoft's brand image by showing how people are proud to be PCs. I quite like the ad, even though its for the personally lesser preferred PC. Microsoft seem to be doing some things right with the new agency appointment. Saying that, the blogs are going mad with the news that the ads were created using Macs! Nice try though: http://tinyurl.com/3wlkcp

PhotoID allows fans of customised footwear to seek out interesting colourways from their own environments and see what they would look like when transferred to a pair of NIKE DUNKS. Users simply send a camera phone image of a particularly appealing 2 tone colourway (strong contrasting colours work best) to a shortcode (via MMS) and are then sent a link to the photoID mobile site where they can view their customised footwear and original photo.
